hmmm.... Estaban, you've been verry quiet on Jaiku.... does that mean you're having issues w/ the multi-feed setup? I'd love some advice from u on how 2 work out the kinks....Its such a pain to go btw pownce, jaiku & rare visits to twitland!

I don't mind...wherever u want to chat about it... matters not to me, but I think you're missing the point prok... first, labeling the postings as "ads" is somewhat incorrect: OpenMLS does not charge a cent to list, nor do we charge for people to use our service to find what they're looking for. OpenMLS is not a real estate agent, we don't earn commissions on sales, and we actually don't expect any ROI for our work in SL. Our core values revolve around providing information on real estate: this includes telling people whats for sale and what has sold in SL, or how to buy, sell, develop, lease land, etc... (...)

interesting perspective, but please note that i do not post the listings or accounts of other openMLS activities on on the SL Channel, just in OpenMLS. It may surprise but other ppl are, in fact interested.
